From hospital to home care, technology will support the care process. The aim is to reduce overuse, underuse and misuse, especially in the transition between forms of care. For almost 30 years, we have been combining professional expertise with genuine humanity, tailoring our care to be as individual as the people we support.<\/p>\n<p>With over 200 staff and around 30 trainees, we are shaping the care of today \u2013 whilst investing in the care of tomorrow. At our sites in Anklam, Wolgast, Zinnowitz, Katzow and Mahlzow, we offer home care, day care, intensive care and palliative care residential communities, as well as supported living. Our focus is not on rigid procedures, but on people\u2019s wishes, habits and life stories. At the same time, we place great importance on an employee-focused corporate culture, because we are convinced that only satisfied staff can provide care with compassion and quality.<\/p>\n<p>Our aim is to provide care that thinks in modern terms, acts with humanity and is open to new ideas.
