The controller responsible for the described data collection and processing is OFFIS e. V., Escherweg 2, 26121 Oldenburg/Germany.
Usage Data
We log every access to one of our Internet pages and every retrieval of a file stored on the Internet pages by standard web server log files. The storage serves internal system-related and statistical purposes. Among other things, the following is logged:
- the data file which is requested
- the name of the data file,
- the date and time of the query,
- the amount of data transferred,
- the access status (file transmitted, file not found),
- a description of the type of browser used,
- the IP address of the requesting computer
All of this data is stored and evaluated exclusively in anonymized form. For this purpose, the IP address of the system from which the website or file was requested is suitably anonymized. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). It is therefore not possible to draw conclusions about a specific person, nor is it merged with other data.
Necessary Cookies
On our website we use cookies, which are necessary for the use of our website.
Cookies are small text files that can be stored and read out on your end device. A distinction is made between session cookies, which are deleted as soon as you close your browser, and permanent cookies, which are stored beyond the individual session.
We do not use these necessary cookies for analysis, tracking or advertising purposes.
In some cases, these cookies only contain information on certain settings and are not personally identifiable. They may also be necessary to enable user guidance, security and implementation of the site.
We use these cookies on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO and in the interest of optimising or enabling user guidance and adapting the presentation of our website.
You can set your browser so that it informs you about the placement of cookies. This makes the use of cookies transparent for you. You can also delete cookies at any time using the corresponding browser setting and prevent the setting of new cookies. Please note that our web pages may then not be able to be displayed and some functions may no longer be available for technical reasons.
Data Security
To avoid unauthorized access to your data, we have implemented technical and organizational measures. We use encryption technologies on our website. Your data will be transferred to our servers and back again via a connection that is protected by a TLS encryption technology. You can recognize that you are browsing on an encryption secured website by the lock-symbol shown in the address bar of your browser and by the address bar starting with “https://”.
Please note that we cannot guarantee complete data security outside the aforementioned framework conditions, especially when communicating by e-mail.
Use of Data
We observe the principle of purpose-based data use and collect, process and store your personal data only for the purposes for which you have provided it to us and for technical administration. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, unless this is necessary for the provision of the service or the performance of the contract. Personal data will also only be transmitted to state institutions and authorities entitled to receive information within the scope of the statutory duty to provide information or if we are obliged to provide information by a court decision.
Contact Form
We are looking for care organisations that would like to cooperate with the Future of Care 2.0 research cluster. We have set up a contact form for interested practice organisations. The data collected there – name and e-mail address of the contact person as well as information about the practice organisation – will only be used to get in touch with you, to provide you with further information about the research cluster, to clarify details of a possible cooperation and to select the practice organisations for participation. The processing is based on your express consent, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
For this purpose, the data will be stored on our servers and our partner Hannover Medical School (MHH), Dr Regina Schmeer, Carl-Neuberg-Str. 1, 30625 Hannover, will be granted access. The MHH will be in charge of communicating with you and managing the selection process. As part of the selection process, it will be necessary to share your data with the other partners of the Future Care 2.0 research cluster. A list of partners can be found here. An agreement on joint responsibility in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR has been concluded between the partners, which defines the obligations of the individual partners.
Integration of Social Media
Embedding of YouTube
Videos from the YouTube platform are embedded on our website. YouTube is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The videos are integrated in the form of the 2-click solution, i.e. you must activate the video in a first step (1st click), which enables Google to store cookies on your end device before you can start the video (2nd click). When you activate the video, personal data is transferred to Google. This means that you decide whether your data is transferred. Data may also be transferred to a third country. Please refer to the YouTube/Google privacy policy to find out exactly which data is collected and processed and whether the data is transferred to the USA or other third countries: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de
Data Deletion
The stored personal data will be deleted if it is no longer required to fulfill the purpose for which it was stored or if its storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons.
