Nursing Practice Centre Nuremberg
Partners at the PPZ Nuremberg: NürnbergStift, Georg Simon Ohm University of Applied Sciences Nuremberg, Bayern Innovativ and Pflege Zebhauser
The PPZ Nuremberg closes the gap between technical innovations and care practice. Start-ups and manufacturers often do not have direct access to the care market – we create connections to promote the exchange between developers and users.
As an exchange and networking platform, we support care facilities, clinics, outpatient services and carers in successfully integrating new technologies. We focus on needs-orientated approaches, targeted support during implementation and active knowledge transfer in order to create practical solutions. Our focus here is on
- Systematic support for organisations during the introduction of technological innovations
- Developing new methods of imparting expertise
- From the idea to the market-ready product: initial assessment and trials/evaluation
- Transfer of expertise and development of new approaches to skills transfer
New practice partner: Pflege Zebhauser
Caring with heart. Shaping the future with ideas.
Since 1991, Sebastian Zebhauser and his care team have been supporting people where they feel most at home: in their own homes. Around 80 staff members support clients in the Rottal-Inn district of Lower Bavaria, providing home care, support with daily living, care at our day centre, and assisted living services. This family-run business stands for personalised, warm and professional care. At the same time, Pflege Zebhauser sees itself as a reliable partner for relatives and as a modern company that breaks new ground. After all, good care means not only providing support, but also having the courage to actively help shape change.
Within the ‘Zukunft der Pflege’ cluster, Pflege Zebhauser contributes its many years of practical experience in home care to help set new trends in care provision, in collaboration with the Nursing Practice Centre Nuremberg, Bayern Innovativ and the Georg Simon Ohm University of Applied Sciences in Nuremberg.
